Thanks for choosing us! Before you make any transaction, please, read all the terms.

Important Information about This Legal Contract:


1.1 This Sale agreement is a contract between a customer and the Levresco OU. 
By making a purchase You confirm that:


1.1.1 The Customer have read all terms and conditions presented to him while purchasing;


1.1.2 The Customer accepts all information is true that was filled while ordering;


1.1.3 The Customer confirms that he/she is able to use the services;


1.2 All terms and conditions of this agreement can change without further notice, except the terms presented on the site at the moment of making a purchase.

Information about services and other important issues:



2.1 The services are provided in the English language only.


2.2 You will be able to use your account and access the content Area for the period you have made the transaction for.
Be careful with your personal data! We are not responsible for your further actions that might result in the loss of your personal data on your computer.

Privacy policy:


3.1 Our company takes full responsibility of a clients personal information protection. Our company doesn’t sell and doesn’t give any private information to third parties. The only reason for using Clients information is connected with the trouble-shooting process: making a transaction, refunding, exchanging and supporting;



Terms of Service: 


4.1 Our company reserves the right to refuse selling or providing service to anyone without any additional explanation.

Delivery of Software purchased in our Store:


5.1 The Client will receive an email notification (after a successful transaction) which contains
all the necessary directions on how to get to the content area.


5.2 The order will be processed and the access to the customers area will be given within 1 hour or less after the order has been placed. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours after making your transaction, you should contact us and the company will resend it to you if the transaction has not been declined by the billing agency. If your transaction has been unsuccessful, no money will be deducted from your Bank account.

Additional fees:


6.1 The transaction fee (about 2.95 Euro) will be added to the order amount.

Solving problems with software / contact info:


7.1 Please contact our support department using the following e-mail or phone number given support@betslab.com +358 8 2371 1980, if you face any difficulties using our services.
7.2 Support will only be provided if we do have a mail delivered by you as a proof.

Money back policy:
8.1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product during the first 21 days after the purchase, simply contact our customer service team to solve your problem (how to get help from the support team, please, read 7.1-2);

Unlike companies that provide a tangible product that can be returned for a refund, our product is information. It can be used immediately upon viewing, and there is no product to return. Once a service has commenced, there can be no refund. Our services are the absolute best we can make them. Just as with the Stock Market, our customers must recognize that the information cannot be guaranteed, and that past performance is not a promise of future results. What is guaranteed is that each and every customer will receive the service that was purchased in full.

However due to the fact that we are a company that wants all our customers/friends to be satisfied and use our services on long term basis, we will refund a customer with a proven complaint. With the term proven we consider any serious malfunctioning of our site or less than 40% success of our predictions for 3 weeks in a row. Although we have a high proven record of success, situations like this can occur. In any case services used for more than 3 weeks are not refundable. All the above do not value for the Basic Week Package.

8.2 Refund can be processed within one week (this is a minimal time). As you know to transfer money between the banks takes time, so be patient;


8.3 Refund will only be issued if we are provided with invoice you have got after a successful transaction was made.

Chargeback Policy:


9.1 Chargeback’s are not good neither for you nor for our company because in this case you will lose 10% of your money and your credit cards fraud rate will increase which in its turn results in inability to make other purchases online. That’s why its simpler to make all the disputes together with our Support team and resolve them in a timely manner;


9.2 It is your responsibility to fill in a real, working e-mail address for all communications with the Support team and our company;

9.3 If chargeback was made by you, our company needs to perform the following: 
- If fraud is suspected, we report the case to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center and BBB;
- Initialize legal proceedings against you to recover the order amount, plus the compensation.
